Accepted students:
Sick children from 6 months old to 6th grade of elementary school of faculty and staff of public universities in Kyoto Prefecture + Kyoto citizens’ quota

Acceptance limit:
8 students (including 3 Kyoto residents)

Hours of operation:
Monday through Friday, 7:45 a.m. to 5:30 p.m.
(except for holidays stipulated by the National Holidays Law, December 29 through January 3 of the following year, and when the office is closed for other reasons)

Pre-registration fee: 2,000 yen per child per year for new registrants
Continuation (until the end of May of the current year): 1,000 yen

Fee: 2,000 yen per child per day
